Enquiry
Reach out via phone, email or contact form. Provide as much detail as possible (property size, cleaning type, location).

Consultation /
Site Visit
We’ll assess your requirements — either via video call or in person. This helps us tailor a plan to your specific needs.

Quotation
Sent
Following your consultation a member of our team will create a quote and this will be sent across to you alongside a copy of your cleaning checklist and any other information required.
Completing the
Booking

Once your quote has been approved we will sent you a booking confirmation and an invoice. We do require a 50% deposit as a minimum requirement and in some cases we will require payment upfront.
