With years of experience with end of tenancy cleaning we deliver a high quality deep cleaning service. We ensure to leave the property looking brand new again, and ready for the new tenants to move in.
We appreciate that there is generally a tighter deadline for end of tenancy cleans, the longer the property is empty for then the longer the property is not making any profit. We aim to have a quick turn around from the quote stage to the actual carrying out of the clean.
Whether you are wanting to get the property back to a good condition for either tenants moving in or the property going on the market we aim to provide a professional cleaning service and get the home to a perfect condition.
How to Book:
To get booked in for an End of Tenancy clean we either require a video walkaround of the property being sent through us or a copy of the sales listing. Should we feel it requires it we may also arrange a site visit. Following us reviewing the property we will provide you with a quotation.
We will then get you booked in on our system and send across a booking confirmation email with all the details of the booking. For End of Tenancy bookings we do require payment in full to confirm your slot. For letting agents & client's who are on a regular contract with ourselves this payment up full is waived and we can provide payment terms.
