Yes! For all of our cleaning services we offer a free non-obligatory quotation.
Yes! All of our team are required to complete a DBS check when starting with ourselves. We take the security and safety of both our team and customer’s very seriously so we ensure to carry out security checks prior to starting with us.
We are fully insured to hold keys and any access information. Only our management has access to our key safe and access information files, our team only receives any access information on a need to know basis. They are also required to sign a key holding statement for each property that we hold any access information for.
We are absolutely fine with animals! This is one of our main questions that we ask our team members during the interview stage. The majority of our team are pet owners themselves so we have absolutely no problem with animals being in the property. The only time this would change would be if your pet was known to become aggressive.
Upon booking you will receive an invoice we only accept payment via Bank Transfer or card payment link. We do not currently accept any cash payments. Once your payment has been made we will send across a receipt to the email you provided us with.
You can book via phone, email or social media. We will confirm our availability and provide you with a quote. Once confirmed we will send you a booking confirmation via email as well as send an invoice for the deposit.
