Our Process...
These services are not a one size fits all so we conduct a site visit to get to know your requirements a little better as well as to answer any questions that you may have. This also helps to stop the process being as overwhelming as it may be with a cleaning team just turning up one day, this way you can get to know us in person beforehand and ask any questions that you may have.
During our Hoarding decluttering services we don't just simply throw everything away, we work alongside those involved to categorise each item based on what we have discussed with you. We liase with a few local charities to donate as many items as possible so that we can help support a local cause alongside our services.
How we categorise items...

Donation
Some items that you may no longer want to keep hold of we will take and donate to local charities to those in need. This way you can feel rewarded for not only decluttering your home but by donating items you no longer need to people who can benefit from it.

Rubbish
Any items that are maybe expired, empty products or need to be thrown away we will arrange a rubbish collection for you so we can clear some space with things that are no longer needed.

Items to Keep
The items you choose you want to keep hold of we will store into boxes during the clean just so they do not accidentally get mixed into the wrong category. Once we have finished clearing a room we can help to organise a space for the items that you wish to keep.
