They use Bleach on ALL Surfaces
Bleach is a big no no for us. Its far too harsh and can cause permanent and long term damage on a range of different surfaces. There are far better disinfectants on the market that do a better overall job and do not cause damage.
They don't wear the correct PPE
As a specialist cleaning company we see time and time again numerous companies sending their team into properties with bodily fluids on and inadequate PPE.
They only Accept Cash
The chances are if they only accept cash as a payment method then they more thank likely are not a fully registered business or hold insurance. The downside to cash in hand cleaners is they are not registered legit and if anything were to happen or any damage caused there would be no insurance to protect you and your property.
Don't hold DBS Checks
To allow someone in your home is a big step and it is important to make sure you have someone trustworthy in your home. We ensure that all of our team hold up to date DBS checks.
Don't provide you with an Insurance Certificate
Your cleaning provider should be able to provide you with an up to date valid insurance certificate and it would be alarming if they were unable to provide this.
They Use Supermarket Cleaning Products
A professional company should be using professional products. Store bought chemicals are not suitable to be used for long periods of time as per COSHH regulations. Every product has a 'WELS' (Workplace Exposure Limit) and this should be monitored by your cleaning provider.
